Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
These terms apply to your use of Aviator Trip Planner (“the app”), an iOS application that provides an AI-powered assistant for organizing and searching for flights and travel options. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
What the app does
Aviator Trip Planner helps you understand and optimize your flight plans. It can analyze itineraries, assess travel risk factors (such as connection times and self-transfers), and offer advice. The app uses an AI assistant to support search and organization of air travel. All of this is for informational and planning purposes only.
No guarantee of outcomes
The app does not guarantee that your trips will be problem-free, that connections will be valid, or that any suggestion will suit your situation. Schedules, rules, and conditions change. You are responsible for checking with airlines, airports, and authorities and for your own travel decisions. Use the app as a helpful tool, not as a substitute for official information or your own judgment.
Your use of the app
You agree to use the app in line with applicable laws and with respect for others. You may not use it to abuse, harass, or harm anyone, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
Third-party services
The app uses third-party services (including but not limited to Singular for analytics and OneSignal for push notifications). Your use of the app may also involve Apple’s services and policies. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to their part of the experience.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content are owned by the developer or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to the app and terms
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above indicates the current version.
