Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
This policy describes how Aviator Trip Planner (“the app”) handles information in connection with your use of the service. We keep things minimal: we are not in the business of collecting or selling your personal data.
What we do not do
We do not collect, store, or share your name, email, location, or any other personally identifiable information for our own use. Users do not exchange data with each other through the app. The developer does not gather personal data beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the app and deliver the services you expect (such as push notifications).
Technical and analytics
The app may use a unique device or app instance identifier for purposes such as analytics and push notification delivery. This helps us understand how the app is used in aggregate and to send you relevant notifications (for example, about your trip or app updates). We do not use this identifier to build a profile about you or to track you across other apps or websites.
Third-party services
The app relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Singular — used for attribution and analytics so we can see how users discover the app and how it performs. Singular’s handling of data is governed by their privacy policy.
- OneSignal — used to send push notifications to your device. OneSignal may process device-related data (such as a push token) to deliver those messages. Their privacy policy applies to that processing.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Singular and OneSignal if you want more detail on how they collect and use data.
AI and your travel data
Aviator Trip Planner includes an AI assistant to help you organize and search for flights and travel options. The information you provide in the app (such as itineraries or ticket details) is used to give you advice and analysis. We do not use this content to build advertising profiles or to share it with third parties for marketing. How long we retain such data, if at all, depends on our technical design and is kept to the minimum necessary to serve your requests.
Your choices
You can disable push notifications in your device settings. To the extent we use optional analytics, you may have in-app or device-level options to limit tracking; we will respect those choices where technically possible.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
